The Shelbyville Scarecrow Daze and Balloon Fest will once again come alive with festive flair and the skies around Lake Shelbyville will be filled with vibrant fall colors with hot air balloons aloft as the 17th Annual Scarecrow Daze takes place on Columbus Day weekend October 11-13.
This years theme is “Fall in Love with Shelbyville”.
